We are FS Mackenzie Ltd and we moved into Alexandra Park in April 2004 for the start up of our Northern office. Alexandra Park is an ideal location which is very well linked to the motorway network and local bus routes. The facilities at Alexandra Park are second to none, incorporated into the facility are meeting rooms which are pre-bookable and are equipped to house 2 - 20 people at a time. The restaurant facility on site is very professional and economical. The food is of a very good standard. We feel that we have expanded within this facility because of its location and because of the flexibility of the management of the facility to assist in expansion of office space. If you are looking to bring your business to Alexandra Park I can highly recommend it.
NHS CFSMS has several offices at Alexandra Park. Due to fluctuations in our work and staffing needs over the seven years since we moved here, there have been changes in our office requirements. Pilkington's have been able to accommodate all our needs both quickly an efficiently. The provision of a wide variety of meeting rooms meets all our needs, from small rooms for one to one discussions, to larger scale conferences and seminars where rooms can be laid out to suit our requirements at no cost to ourselves. Catering for such events is just another excellent service and a wide selection of menus is available at reasonable cost.
Security, car parking and the dining facilities are excellent, as are the in house services such as maintenance, goods in etc. Health and Safety is of importance to all employers and is taken seriously at Alexandra Park which is reassuring from a tenants point of view. Several of our staff use the on site gym and fitness facilities to de-stress after a busy work day.
All round, Alexandra Park, provides everything for us in one package. Long may it continue."
Alexandra Park was such a good deal for our start-up company we took twice the space we originally needed! What attracted us the most was the monthly license fee which meant we did not have to commit to a 12month lease. Second to that was the meeting rooms which are included in the price - other companies charge heavily for these facilities which are very important to us for client meetings. I would gladly recommend John Bracken and Alexandra Park to any company, big or small.
